This is how it works in 3 steps
- Link once. You connect Werkbriefje.app with your SnelStart Web environment. Clients and projects are synchronized.
- Employees fill out timesheets. On the construction site, they register hours, materials, mileage, and any extra work with a photo via the app on their phone.
- You approve. You approve the timesheets in the dashboard. From that moment on, the draft invoice is ready in SnelStart, with the correct customer and the correct project.
What is being synchronized?
Customers and projects migrate from SnelStart to Werkbriefje.app. Going the other way around: hours worked per employee, material consumption with correct prices, mileage with automatic calculation, and any notes or photos of extra work.

When is the SnelStart integration available?
The integration is under development. We cannot provide an exact date yet. By signing up for the waiting list, you will receive a personal message as soon as it goes live.
Do I need a special SnelStart subscription?
You need a SnelStart subscription that supports API access (SnelStart Web). Most active subscriptions meet this requirement. Unsure? Ask us via the contact form , or contact SnelStart.
Does the SnelStart connection cost extra?
No. The coupling is with you. Werkbriefje.app subscription of €12,50 per user per month. Of course, you pay separately for SnelStart.
Are customers and projects automatically synchronized?
Yes. Customers and projects from SnelStart become visible in Werkbriefje.appConversely, you can from Werkbriefje.app also forward new projects to SnelStart.
Are invoices sent directly to my customers?
Co-funding is not required. Werkbriefje.app Prepare draft invoices in SnelStart. You remain in control: review in SnelStart, then send.
Is the SnelStart connection safe?
Yes. The integration works via the official SnelStart API with OAuth authorization. Encrypted data, GDPR-compliant, and you can revoke the connection at any time.
Can I try out the connection before committing?
Yes. Werkbriefje.app has a free trial period during which you can test all functionality. As soon as the SnelStart integration is live, you can also use it during the trial period.
What if I switch to another accounting package later?
No problem. We are working on integrations with multiple packages (Moneybird, e-Boekhouden.nl, Exact Online, Yuki, WeFact). If you switch, you switch to the corresponding integration. Your data in Werkbriefje.app remains preserved.
