3. You approve. Approved timesheets are converted into draft invoices in WeFact, with the correct rates and VAT.

What is being synchronized?

From WeFact to Werkbriefje.app: clients, projects, items, and rates per employee or client. The other way around: hours worked per employee, material consumption, mileage, and photos or notes regarding extra work.

Does the integration work with every WeFact subscription?

The integration works with WeFact accounts that support API access. Most paid subscriptions meet this requirement. Unsure? Ask us via the contact form.

Are my rates per employee included?

Yes. Rates can be set per employee, per customer, or per project. The integration uses the correct rate depending on who worked on which project.

Are invoices sent automatically?

Co-funding is not required. Werkbriefje.app Prepare draft invoices in WeFact. You only send them after verification.

Does the WeFact integration cost extra?

No. The coupling is with you. Werkbriefje.app subscription of €12,50 per user per month. Of course, you pay separately for WeFact.

Are clients and projects synchronized?

Yes. Customers, projects, and rates from WeFact appear in Werkbriefje.app. You can start new projects from Werkbriefje.app also forward to WeFact.

Can I manually modify invoices before they are sent?

Yes. Werkbriefje.app creates draft invoices. In WeFact, you can edit each draft before sending it.

Is the connection safe?

Yes. The integration works via the official WeFact API. Encrypted data, GDPR-compliant. You can revoke the integration at any time.
