This is how it works in 3 steps

1. Link once. You connect Werkbriefje.app with your Moneybird administration via secure authorization. Clients and projects are synchronized.
2. Filling in timesheets. Employees (or you as a freelancer) register hours, materials, mileage, and any overtime with a photo via the app.
3. Approve and invoice. Approved timesheets are ready as draft invoices in Moneybird, with the correct customer, the correct project, and the corresponding hours and materials.

What is being synchronized?

Customers and projects flow from Moneybird to Werkbriefje.app. Going the other way around: hours worked per employee, material consumption, mileage, and notes or photos of overtime.

The integration works with Moneybird subscriptions that support API access. Most paid subscriptions meet this requirement.

Does the Moneybird integration cost extra?

No. The coupling is with you. Werkbriefje.app subscription of €12,50 per user per month. Of course, you do pay separately for Moneybird.

Are invoices automatically sent to customers?

Co-funding is not required. Werkbriefje.app Prepare draft invoices in Moneybird. You review them and send them when you approve.

Are my clients and projects synchronized?

Yes. Clients and projects from Moneybird appear in Werkbriefje.app rightly so. New projects that you in Werkbriefje.app creates, you can also forward to Moneybird.

Is the connection safe?

Yes. The connection works via the official Moneybird API with OAuth authorization. Encrypted data, GDPR-compliant. You can revoke the connection at any time.

Can I try the connection before I commit?

Yes. Werkbriefje.app has a free trial period. As soon as the Moneybird integration is live, you can also use it during the trial period.
