• Messages between employer and employee

Mobile app — additional details

When using the mobile app (iOS/Android), the following additional data may be collected:

Push notification tokens:

When you enable push notifications, we store a device-specific token linked to your user account and company. This token is used exclusively to send you notifications regarding timesheets, messages, and other app-related matters. You can disable push notifications at any time via your phone's settings.

Local storage on your device:

The app stores login credentials and preferences locally on your device so that you do not have to log in again every time you use it. On iOS and Android, this data is securely stored via the operating system. When you log out or delete the app, this local data is erased.

Deep links:

The app can links to app.werkbriefje.app automatically open in the mobile app. No additional data is collected in the process.

How do we use your data?

• Functionality: All entered data (hours, materials, notes) are used exclusively for the operation of the application.
• Communication: Your email address may be used for essential notifications regarding your account, such as password recovery.
• Push notifications: If you have given permission, you will receive notifications about new messages or timesheet-related updates.

Usage analysis (web only)

On the web version, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users use the application. This helps us improve the user experience. Clarity is not used in the mobile apps (iOS/Android).
